The IEEE Education Society is an international organization that promotes, advances, and disseminates state-of-the-art information and resources related to the theory and practice of education and educational technology.
IGIP and ASEE, the American Society for Engineering Education, are both committed to furthering education in engineering and engineering technology.
The ASEE and IGIP have also signed an agreement to further the advancement of global engineering excellence through the publication of the Journal of Engineering Education (JEE) in Europe.
SEFI was founded in 1973 as a non-profit making organisation. Together with IGIP both societies represent the largest network of higher engineering institutions and of individuals involved in engineering education in Europe.
SEFI has the mission to contribute to the development and the improvement of the engineering education in Europe.
The aim of IFEES is to promote engineering education globally and to enhance its quality by bringing together members from engineering education societies around the world to share teaching methods, curriculum plans, and every other aspect of educating engineers, to include those organizations from developing countries.

European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education ENAEE is engaged in launching. in accord with its General Policy Statement and in collaboration with the EUR-ACE Implementation and PRO-EAST projects, the EUR-ACE European accreditation system of engineering programmes.
In this system (described in detail in EUR-ACE document A2) National Agencies accredit study programmes, as they already do, and the EUR-ACE label can be added to the accreditation, provided the Agency and the programme satisfy the EUR-ACE Framework Standards). The label will distinguish between "First Cycle Degree" and "Second Cycle Degree", in accord with the European Qualification Framework.
IGIP is currently one of the members of ENAEE.
SPEE, a young society founded in 2010, has as main objectives the promotion of education through teacher training, projects dissemination, exchange and cooperation between individuals and institutions and encouraging problem analysis and solution within engineering education.
The Science and Education Research Council - COPEC is constituted by scientists of the several areas of human knowledge and citizens committed with education. It is a council, which works have the goal to enhance and to maintain relations between universities, institutions of education, enterprises and the society of several countries to discuss education, technology and sciences directions. COPEC is a national organization connected with the Brazilian Ministry of Sciences and Technology, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Environment of Brazil.
The Indo US Collaboration for Engineering Education (IUCEE) program was conceptualized by over 150 leaders of engineering education and businesses from US and India in 2007 to help create good quality engineering talent in order to find solutions to the global challenges facing humanity such as energy, environment, health and communications.
